They go by the name IQ perhaps it's because they are energetic, responsible and assiduously hardworking intelligent young ladies. The all girl hip-hop group consists of four members: Sadiea and Nyla Williams who are sisters, Mikayla Campbell and Gicelle Valerio, all from Lunenburg, Massachusetts, excluding Campbell, who is from Fitchburg, Massachusetts. IQ first came about through a talent show at the girl's school . Sisters Sadiea and Nyla, asked their father, Mark, to write songs for their performance. The girls performed the song "School" (a later song on their debut album). The response was outstanding. Campbell and Valerio joined the group later to make the group four.
